Refund policy
Exchanges and non-returnable items - We do not offer exchanges on any of our products. Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized products.
Refund - We offer refunds only if the hair accessory arrives damaged originating from our end. Please provide clear photos of the damaged item, including packaging. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
